What is Biodiversity Net Gain?

In April 2024, Biodiversity Net Gain became mandatory for most developments across the UK. The new government legislation ensures that any new developments that get built result in a 10% increase in natural habitat. Many projects will be able to achieve this on site itself by introducing ecological enhancements. However if you are unable to do this, you may need to buy offsite credits allowing you to create this natural habitat elsewhere. This is where we can help!

Emma Candlin

Business and Marketing Manager

Emma has a Master’s in Business Administration and a Diploma in Business Improvement Techniques.

Having over 10 years’ experience within a Business Administration and Management capacity, and having overseen the setup of five different companies, Emma’s speciality is in Business Start-Ups, Funding applications and Awards entries.

Rebecca Derbyshire

Project Manager

Rebecca is our Project Manager. Outside of work Rebecca enjoys travelling and weight lifting.
